Mặc dù vậy, Việt Nam ngày càng được chú ý vì là một đội bóng có tinh thần mạnh mẽ, với thành tích vị trí thứ 4 vào năm 1956 và 1960 tại Asian Cup với tư cách Việt Nam Cộng hòa; và mặc dù đội chỉ tham gia hai kỳ Asian Cup vào năm 2007 và 2019 với tư cách là một quốc gia thống nhất, đội bóng đã trở thành đội từ Đông Nam Á có thành tích tốt nhất trong cả hai lần, đều lọt vào tứ kết, trong đó các nước láng giềng Thái Lan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore và Philippines đã không làm được.
Từ những năm 1990 khi Việt Nam gia nhập bóng đá toàn cầu, môn thể thao này sớm trở thành một phần của xã hội Việt Nam và là vũ khí để chống lại danh tiếng tiêu cực của đất nước do chiến tranh Việt Nam và sau đó là xung đột với các nước láng giềng. Điều này làm cho đội tuyển quốc gia trở thành một phần của chủ nghĩa dân tộc Việt Nam. Những người hâm mộ bóng đá Việt Nam được mệnh danh là một trong những người hâm mộ cuồng nhiệt nhất, nổi tiếng với những lễ kỷ niệm lớn về thành tích của đội, bất kể đó là đội tuyển quốc gia hay đội tuyển trẻ.
Thái Lan thường được xem là đối thủ kình địch lớn nhất của Việt Nam trong khu vực Đông Nam Á.[31] Tính đến trước vòng loại thứ 2 của World Cup 2022, Việt Nam đã đối đầu với Thái Lan trong 22 trận ở cấp độ đội tuyển quốc gia, và chỉ có 3 chiến thắng, còn lại là 4 trận hòa và 15 trận thua.
Indonesia
Trong suốt giai đoạn 20 năm từ 1999-2019, Việt Nam chỉ hòa và thua khi đối đầu với Indonesia tại các giải đấu chính thức.[33] Chuỗi trận không thắng này bắt đầu kể từ sau trận thắng 1-0 trước Indonesia ngày 12 tháng 8 năm 1999 tại bán kết môn bóng đá của SEA Games 1999, và kéo dài 12 trận, với 7 trận hòa và 5 trận thua, và chấm dứt khi Việt Nam thắng 3-1 trên sân của Indonesia ngày 15 tháng 10 năm 2019 tại vòng loại thứ 2 của World Cup 2022. Trong giai đoạn này, Việt Nam chỉ có một lần thắng Indonesia 3-2 trong trận đấu giao hữu trên sân Mỹ Đình ngày 8 tháng 11 năm 2016.
Honkai Impact (tên gốc Trung: Băng Hoại 3rd) là một game mobile 3D thuộc thể loại ARPG có đề tài kỳ ảo được phát triển bởi công ty Mihoyo. Trò chơi là sản phẩm tiếp nối của thương hiệu IP “Băng Hoại” nổi tiếng ở Trung Quốc, đặc biệt gấy ấn tượng với phong cách thiết kế đồ họa đậm chất anime Nhật Bản, có sử dụng kỹ thuật 3D tân tiến, đồng thời có cơ chế chiến đấu hành động hiện đại, đảm bảo mang tới trải nghiệm next-gen hết sức lôi cuốn, chẳng thua kém game console.
Một trong những điểm cải thiện đầu tiên của phiên bản này so với người tiền nhiệm chính là việc áp dụng đồ họa 3D hoàn chỉnh, xây dựng nên một thế giới quan giả tưởng rộng lớn cộng với hệ thống nhân vật sinh động, có độ chi tiết cao. Phần giao diện chính được xây dựng hết sức thú vị, nhân vật xuất hiện trên màn ảnh có nhiều động tác xã giao, mang tính tương tác cao với người chơi; thậm chí ngay đến phần bối cảnh đằng sau nhân vật cũng có sự chuyển động, loại bỏ hết trạng thái tĩnh.
Về phương diện cơ chế chiến đấu, Honkai Impact sử dụng hình thức chiến đấu hành động không khóa mục tiêu trong một môi trường 3D có chiều sâu. Người chơi có thể tự do di chuyển nhân vật bốn phương tám hướng, xoay chuyển camera, kết hợp thêm cả hệ thống thay đổi thời gian ngày đem, thời tiết biến hóa, đem tới những khung cảnh đẹp mê li. Hơn nữa, cách thức thiết kế những đoạn hội thoại của hệ thống nhân vật trong game để dẫn dắt cốt truyện cũng cho thấy sự đầu tư cẩn thận của nhà sản xuất, khi được xuất hiện theo kiểu màn hình ảo 3 chiều.
Là một game hành động 3D, người chơi đương nhiên sẽ thao tác điều khiển bằng các phím ảo trên màn hình thiết bị thông minh tương tự nhiều sản phẩm, tuy nhiên cách thức điều khiển ở đây có chút khác biệt và không đi theo kiểu truyền thống. Các chiêu thức tấn công thông thường được thiết kế theo kiểu combo, có sự biến hóa dựa theo cách ấn của người chơi, chứ không chỉ đơn thuần là nháy liên tục cho xong. Động tác né tránh cũng có thể thực hiện liên tục nhiều lần không giới hạn, và khi thực hiện được một cú hoàn hảo thì sẽ tạo ra hiệu ứng thời gian tua chậm cực chất.
Hệ thống nhân vật và kỹ năng tương ứng sẽ được phân chia thành 3 chủng loại khác nhau, có sự tương khắc để nâng cao tính thao tác, yêu cầu người chơi phải chuyển đổi một cách linh hoạt chứ không thể sử dụng mãi một nhân vật cho mọi tình huống, kẻ địch trước mắt. Bên cạnh hệ thống nhiệm vụ phụ bản dựa theo tình tiết cốt truyện chính, trò chơi có thiết kế thêm nhiều dạng nhiệm vụ ngoại truyện, hoạt động khiêu chiến đa dạng để người chơi chinh phục mỗi ngày, thu thập thêm đủ dạng phần thưởng, trang bị giá trị.
Để tăng trưởng nhân vật, trò chơi có đưa ra hệ thống chế tạo phục trang vừa để cải thiện diện mạo bên ngoài của nhân vật, vừa mang tới hình thức công kích riêng. Vì thế, mặc dù ta chỉ có 3 nữ nhân vật chính hết sức đáng yêu, nhưng có thể thông qua hình thức thay đổi phục trang mà biến hóa ra cách chiến đấu khác nhau, giúp quá trình trải nghiệm trở nên rất phong phú. Ngoài ra, mỗi nhân vật cũng có thể thông qua các hệ thống quen thuộc như thăng cấp, cường hóa kỹ năng, tiến hóa vũ khí…, để nâng cao chiến lực.
Từ ngày 14 tháng 10 năm 2016, Honkai Impact sẽ tiến hành mở cửa thương mại hóa rộng rãi ở thị trường Trung Quốc và rất được sự chú ý của cộng đồng người chơi.

Kirito (キリト Kirito) Tên thật: Kazuto Kirigaya (桐ヶ谷 和人 Kirigaya Kazuto) Lồng tiếng bởi:Yoshitsugu MatsuokaLà nhân vật chính của bộ truyện. ID trong game của cậu là viết tắt hai chữ cái Kanji trong tên thật Kirigaya Kazuto. Kỹ năng sử dụng kiếm điêu luyện của Kirito trong Sword Art Online là không phải bàn cãi, điều đáng nói là anh còn sử dụng nhuần nhuyễn nhiều loại vũ khí. Đặc biệt, Kirito có khả năng làm quen nhanh chóng với vũ khí mới, trong đó vũ khí yêu thích nhất của nhân vật này là 2 thanh đoản kiếm. Vũ khí của Kirito là kiếm loại cầm một tay. Cậu thường chỉ mặc một bộ quần áo màu đen, đây là lý do Kirito có biệt danh là “Hắc kiếm sĩ”. Kirito là một người chơi “solo” và bị những người chơi SAO gọi là Beater (beta tester và cheater). Khi thảm họa SAO xảy ra, mặc dù cũng rất bàng hoàng trước tình huống đó nhưng so với những người chơi khác, Kirito nhanh chóng thích nghi với hoàn cảnh và tập trung vào việc phá đảo trò chơi từ rất sớm. Kirito sở hữu một kĩ năng bổ sung cực hiếm là Dual Blade (song kiếm), nhưng chỉ dùng trong những trường hợp khẩn cấp để tránh gây sự chú ý. Kirito là một người có ý chí rất mạnh mẽ, thậm chí mạnh tới mức có thể (trong chừng mực nào đó) gây ra tác động lên môi trường trong game VRMMO.Người yêu của Kirito là Asuna, một cô gái xinh đẹp, quả cảm và thông minh, tài giỏi không thua gì cậu, một người đồng hành trên suốt chặng đường đời phía trước. Vì Asuna, cậu sẵn sàng làm bất kỳ điều gì để bảo vệ cô nhưng đồng thời Kirito cũng có mối quan hệ tình cảm phức tạp với một số nhân vật nữ khác. Kirito là nhân vật chính, điển trai, tài năng, thông minh xuất chúng. Một chàng trai như vậy, liệu co cô gái nào không muốn đem lòng yêu thương? Với tố chất như vậy, lại sống và chiến đấu bên cạnh các bóng hồng, việc cậu có nhiều người yêu mến và theo đuổi là điều dễ hiểu. Nhưng ít ai biết rằng, ngoài Asuna, cậu còn suýt quyên sinh vì một cô gái khác. Cậu cũng đã mất một thời gian rất dài để lấy lại thăng bằng, và thôi bị giày vò, đau đớn sau cái chết của cô. Cô gái đó chính là Sachi. Sachi là nhân vật phụ xuất hiện trong ngoại truyện cuối cùng ở tập 2 có tên Chú tuần lộc mũi đỏ. Cô sử dụng thương, thuộc guild Những chú mèo đen dưới đêm trăng tròn – guild đầu tiên mà Kirito gia nhập. Kirito và Sachi gặp nhau sau khi Keita nhờ Kirito huấn luyện cho một người khả năng sử dụng thương theo đường dùng kiếm và khiên. Cô bé đó chính là Sachi. Khi mới làm quen, Sachi tỏ ra ngượng ngùng. Cô là cô gái rất nhút nhát, ngại giao tiếp, cho nên dù chơi game khá lâu rồi nhưng cô mới chỉ kết bạn được với mấy người. Kirito nhận ra ở hai người có sự tương đồng về tính cách. Cả hai đều vụng về giao tiếp, ngại tiếp xúc với người khác nhưng lại sợ cô độc. Chính vì vậy, hai người trở nên đặc biệt thân thiết, đi đâu cũng có nhau. Cứ mỗi khi rảnh rỗi, Kirito lại dạy Sachi cách sử dụng kiếm loại cầm một tay. Dù là một nhân vật khá quyết tâm, mạnh mẽ trong game, Sachi thực chất là một cô bé rất yếu đuối và sợ hãi phải đối mặt với cái chết. Một lần, cô đã thổ lộ như vậy với Kirito. Ngay lúc đó, cậu không ngại ngần hứa rằng sẽ bảo vệ cô, sẽ không bao giờ để cô chết. Như một ngày nọ, cả đội tiến vào một mê cung và bị sập bẫy. Quái vật từ mọi hướng đổ vào căn phòng tất công cả đội. Lượng quái vật đông đến mức không thể cản nổi. Từng thành viên hét lên thảm thiết trước khi bị chém tan thành những mảnh nhỏ. Kirito cố gắng vung kiếm không ngừng nghỉ với mong muốn có thể bảo vệ được Sachi. Nhưng đã quá muộn. Sachi cố gắng đưa tay về phía cậu, trong khi con quái vật chém liên tiếp vào người cô không thương tiếc. Cơ thể cô tan ra như một bức tượng thủy tinh vụn vỡ. Nhưng tân phút đó, cô vẫn nhìn về phía Kirito với ánh mắt ngập tràn sự tin tưởng. Sachi đã tin tưởng và dựa dẫm vào cậu đến tận phút cuối cùng, thế nhưng cậu đã không bảo vệ được cô. Cậu đã rằn vặt bản thân rất nhiều, bởi thấy rằng tất cả những gì mình đã hứa thật rỗng tuếch, một lời nói dối. Việc này khiến Kirito đau đớn và bị dày vò nội tâm suốt một thời gian dài, thậm chí cậu đã từng liều mạng đi hạ boss event Giáng Sinh một mình để tìm item hiếm – hồi sinh, nhưng sau đó thất bại (do item đó chỉ có tác dụng trong 10s sau khi người chơi chết). Nỗi bất lực, tuyệt vọng, đau đớn và hối hận dày vò khiến có lúc Kirito suýt tự sát. May mắn, cậu bất ngờ nhận được tin nhắn hẹn giờ của Sachi thu trước đó, trong đó, cô nói rằng cô muốn cảm ơn cậu vì đã ở bên cạnh cô ấy suốt thời gian qua. Việc này đã giúp Kirito có thêm nghị lực để tiếp tục sống sót trong SAO. Sau này, khi bình tĩnh lại, Kirito mới có dịp kể lại cho Asuna nghe về câu chuyện của mình và Sachi, về lý do tại sao cậu không muốn gia nhập guild mặc dù Asuna ra sức thuyết phục. Nghe xong chuyện buồn của Kirito, cảm nhận trái tim tan vỡ của cậu khi nghĩ về cái chết của Sachi, cô nhẹ nhàng đưa tay lên ôm lấy khuôn mặt Kirito và thì thầm vào tai cậu: “Tớ sẽ không chết đâu, bởi vì tớ sẽ bảo vệ cậu mà”. Ở thế giới thực Kirito sống với mẹ (Midori) và em gái (Suguha). Trên thực tế Kirito chỉ là con nuôi, mẹ ruột của cậu (cũng là chị ruột của Midori) cùng với bố cậu đã qua đời trong một vụ tai nạn khi Kirito chưa đầy một tuổi. Cậu phát hiện ra điều này năm 10 tuổi. Do đã trải qua 2 năm ở trong SAO nên Kirito coi trọng thế giới ảo ngang với thế giới thật .Sau sự cố SAO, 300 người vẫn chưa tỉnh dậy gồm cả người vợ trong SAO của Kirito là Asuna. Cậu nhận được một bức ảnh từ một VRMMORPG có tên gọi là Alfheim Online. Đó là hình ảnh Asuna trong một cái lồng trên Cây Thế giới, nơi mà không người chơi Alfheim nào đến nổi đỉnh. Lúc đó, Kirito quyết định lấy một bản game và giải cứu Asuna bất chấp mọi chuyện. Ngay sau khi gia nhập Alfheim, cậu làm bạn với một người chơi khác là Leafa. Leafa giúp đỡ Kirito làm quen với trò chơi và yêu cầu được trợ giúp cậu đến Cây Thế giới. Sau một hành trình dài và nhiều chuyến thám hiểm, Kirito đến được cây thế giới và vượt qua nhiều chướng ngại để lên đến đỉnh. Cậu giải cứu Asuna và nhận ra người đồng hành Leafa thật ra chính là em họ cậu – Suguha. Vì ALO và SAO có chung một game engine và nhiều tính năng khác nên nó đã xuất hiện một lỗi cho phép Kirito giữ lại hầu hết kĩ năng và tiền cậu có trong SAO khi chơi ALO bằng cùng một Nerve Gear, điều đó giúp cậu bắt đầu hành trình với một lợi thế lớn so với những người chơi khác. Mặc dù cậu phải vứt bỏ mọi item cậu có vì chúng không được hệ thống nhận dạng, nhưng dữ liệu chứa Yui lại được giữ lại, cô bé sau đó tự định dạng lại thành một tiểu tiên chỉ đường.Sau ALO, cậu được nhờ đăng ký vào Gun Gale Online để điều tra những vụ án mạng ở thế giới thực có liên quan tới những vụ ám sát trong game. Không lâu sau, cậu phát hiện ra những vụ giết người là do những người chơi cũ từ Sword Art Online – vốn là các thành viên của một nhóm sát nhân, Tiếu quan tài. Cuối cùng cậu bắt được hai trong ba kẻ tội phạm, nhưng thành viên cuối cùng thì đã chạy thoát.Trong phần Alicization, cậu hỗ trợ phát triển giao diện FullDive thế hệ thứ tư – Soul TransLator – bằng cách thử nghiệm tính năng gia tốc thời gian của nó. Tuy nhiên, cậu không có bất kì ký ức nào về việc cậu đã làm bên trong vì ký ức của cậu đã bị hệ thống tự ý chặn lại. Cậu bị tấn công và đầu độc bởi Johnny Black (tên tội phạm thứ ba đã chạy thoát) ở thế giới thực và tỉnh lại ở UnderWorld mà không có chút ký ức vào về thế giới này hay làm thế nào cậu đến được đây. Cậu gặp được Eugeo và giúp đỡ cậu ta trong vài vấn đề khó khăn. Trong lúc ấy cậu đã phần nào nhớ được thời gian cậu ở cùng Eugeo và Alice trong thời “thơ ấu” ở UnderWorld. Rồi cậu quyết định hỗ trợ Eugeo tìm kiếm Alice trong lúc tìm cách thoát ra ngoài, về với thực tại.Asuna (アスナ Asuna) Tên thật: Asuna Yuuki (結城 明日奈 Yūki Asuna) Lồng tiếng bởi:Haruka Tomatsu Asuna là nhân vật nữ chính của series. ID trong game của cô giống như ở thế giới thực. Asuna là bạn gái của Kirito và là phó thủ kĩ Guild Huyết Thệ Kị Sĩ Đoàn, guild được mệnh danh là mạnh nhất ở Aincrad trong SAO. Vì là một trong số ít những người chơi nữ trong SAO, lại có vẻ ngoài xinh xắn nên Asuna được rất nhiều người mến mộ và theo đuổi, tới mức guild phải cử hai thành viên khác làm vệ sĩ cho cô. Cô cũng là một kiếm sĩ cực mạnh nổi tiếng với tốc độ ra chiêu nhanh như chớp.Sáu tháng sau khi game bắt đầu, cô yêu Kirito và họ kết hôn trong game. Đến phần kết của SAO, cô hy sinh mình để cứu Kirito khỏi đòn kết liễu của Heathcliff. Thế nhưng, cô chỉ chết trong game và nhanh chóng gặp lại Kirito sau khi cậu bị Heathcliff đánh bại và chết.Dù SAO đã kết thúc, Asuna vẫn không tỉnh dậy mà thay vào đó lại bị giam cầm trong một VRMMORPG khác có tên gọi Alfheim Online. Cô bị bắt phải vào vai Tinh linh hậu Titania, cùng với Sugou Nobuyuki – gã đã bắt nhốt cô – đóng vai Tinh linh vương Oberon. Điều này là để Sugou Nobuyuki có thể cưới cô ở thế giới thực, trong khi cô vẫn còn hôn mê, và rồi chiếm đoạt lấy RECTO Progress. Cô liên tục tìm cách thoát ra khỏi Cây Thế giới – nơi cô đang bị giam, và rồi lấy trộm được một thẻ GM. Sau đó cô ném nó xuống bên dưới khi nghe thấy giọng của Yui. Sau khi được giải thoát, cô tạo hai avatar tại ALfleim – Asuna (người chữa thương trong đội), Erika (avatar dạng chiến đấu) và sống cùng Kirito ở căn nhà gỗ tầng 22, tân Aincrad.Ở thế giới thực, Asuna sống một cuộc đời rất căng thẳng và liên tục bị bắt ép phải đáp ứng mong muốn của cha mẹ cô. Trước sự cố SAO, cô mù quáng sống theo đòi hỏi của cha mẹ mình. Tuy nhiên, sau khi sinh sống trong SAO và gặp gỡ Kirito, cô dần có được cách nhìn riêng và nhìn về quá khứ của mình với vẻ chán ghét. Sau đó cô trở thành bạn gái của Kirito, mơ ước sẽ cưới cậu ở thế giới thực và có một gia đình hạnh phúc.Leafa (リーファ Rīfa, hay Leefa)Tên thật: Suguha Kirigaya (桐ヶ谷 直葉 Kirigaya Suguha)Lồng tiếng bởi:Ayana TaketatsuEm gái của Kirito, thường được anh trai gọi là Sugu. Suguha là một cô bé rất chăm chỉ, cô đã luyện tập Kendo suốt 8 năm trời. Sau khi Kirito thoát khỏi SAO, cô bắt đầu chơi ALFheim Online để có thể hiểu rõ được anh trai mình nhiều hơn. Cô có tình cảm đặc biệt với Kirito kể từ khi biết được hai người không phải anh em ruột, khi nhận ra tình cảm của Kirito dành cho Asuna rất sâu đậm, Suguha đăng nhập vào game như một cách để né tránh thực tại. Nhưng Suguha lại tình cờ gặp nhân vật của Kirito trong game mà không hề hay biết, Suguha ngỡ như mình đã tìm được tình cảm mới, nhưng sau đó lại đau lòng khi biết được sự thật đó vẫn chính là anh trai mình. Dù vậy cô vẫn quyết định giúp đỡ Kirito trên con đường giải cứu Asuna.Yui (ユイ Yui)Lồng tiếng bởi:Kanae Itō Ban đầu là nhân vật phụ xuất hiện trong ngoại truyện thứ ba của tập 2 – Bé gái trong sương sớm. Sau đó xuất hiện trong arc ALO (tập 3 và 4) với vai trò là nhân vật đồng hành và hỗ trợ cho Kirito. Xuất hiện với hình dạng là một bé gái bị lạc ở Aincrad, nhưng Yui thực tế là một phần mềm trí thông minh nhân tạo (AI – Artificial Intelligence) có tên đầy đủ là “Mental Health Conselling Program” (tạm dịch: Phần mềm tư vấn về trạng thái tinh thần), MHCP phiên bản 1, và “Yui” là tên mã. Được thiết kế với mục đích ban đầu là theo dõi biến đổi tâm trạng của người chơi và xuất hiện bên cạnh để lằng nghe và giúp đỡ khi cần thiết. Nhưng khi 10000 người chơi bị giam hãm trong SAO, Yui bị cấm tiếp xúc với người chơi để thực hiện chức năng của mình. Giữa những cảm xúc tiêu cực của người chơi trong SAO, Yui đã tìm thấy được tâm trạng hạnh phúc của Asuna và Kirito khi hai người cưới nhau và chuyển đến sống ở tầng 20. Yui xuất hiện trước mặt hai người dưới hình dáng là một bé gái, sau đó đã được hai người nhận làm con nuôi. Yui suýt bị Cardinal – hệ thống quản lý của SAO – xóa bỏ nhưng được Kirito cứu bằng cách lưu trữ dữ liệu vào NervGear của cậu.Trong ALO, Yui xuất hiện dưới dạng một tiểu tiên chỉ đường cá nhân (Personal Navigation Pixie) và cùng với Lyfa giúp đỡ Kirito giải cứu Asuna. Thường gọi Asuna là “mama” và Kirito là “papa”, và tỏ ra rất khó chịu nếu có cô gái nào khác ngoài Shino, Suguha , Asuna tiếp cận Kirito.Sinon (シノン Shinon)Tên thật: Shino Asada (朝田 詩乃 Asada Shino)Lồng tiếng bởi:Miyuki Sawashiro (drama CD)Tay súng bắn tỉa nữ nổi tiếng trong Gun Gale Online. Cô tình cờ gặp Kirito trong game, và hướng dẫn tận tình cho cậu về những kiến thức cơ bản. Cô thậm chí còn thay đồ trước mặt cậu vì tưởng cậu là nữ (do ngoại hình nhân vật của Kirito trong GGO rất giống nữ). Sau khi biết được sự thật thì Sinon khá tức giận, nhưng khi thấy kĩ năng dùng kiếm siêu phàm của Kirito trong một tựa game về bắn súng như GGO, cô lại coi Kirito là đối thủ và đi theo cậu, từ đó vướng vào trận chiến với tay súng tử thần Death Gun. Về sau cô dần có tình cảm với Kirito.Ở ngoài đời thật, Sinon là một nữ sinh trầm lặng và sống một mình. Khi còn nhỏ, cô đã từng lỡ tay dùng sùng bắn chết một tên cướp ngân hàng trong một vụ cướp, từ đó mắc phải căn bệnh sợ súng đạn. Cô chơi GGO cũng là để vượt qua nỗi sợ hãi đó, và nghĩ rằng khi mình hạ được một đối thủ cực mạnh trong game thì sẽ hoàn toàn vượt qua được nỗi sợ trong lòng. Trong SAO,Kayaba giả dạng làm người chơi có ID là Heathcliff – người chơi được mệnh danh là mạnh nhất trong SAO với biệt danh là Thánh Kiếm – thủ lĩnh của guild hùng mạnh nhất ở Aincrad (Huyết Thệ Kị Sĩ Đoàn).Nhân vật Heathcliff sử dụng trường kiếm và khiên thập tự, đây là một trong hai người chơi duy nhất trong game (cùng với Kirito) có kĩ năng phụ. Phong cách chiến đấu của Heathcliff khá giống Song kiếm; khi sử dụng khiên thập tự như một vũ khí thứ hai, nhưng thay vì thiên về tốc độ thì Heathcliff nổi bật về khả năng phòng ngự được coi là vô địch – từng một mình đứng giữ tiền tuyến và đối mặt với boss tầng 50 trong khi chờ cứu viện. Sức mạnh của Heathcliff có được là do Kayaba hiểu rõ tất cả các chiêu thức trong game, chứ không phải là do can thiệp vào hệ thống. There’s arguably never been a better time than now to be a fan of anime. As a multi-billion dollar industry, the once-niche cultural export has morphed into a worldwide phenomenon, its impact and reach seen and felt in nearly every facet of contemporary animation. With as many options as are afforded to viewers nowadays — not mention the decades-worth of content accessible through streaming services like Netflix and Hulu and Crunchyroll — it’s also never been trickier to keep up with all the new releases within a single year. There’s so much that 2019 has to offer in the way of anime, from remakes of venerated contemporary and cult classics like Boogiepop and Others and Dororo, to hotly anticipated follow-up seasons to shows like Mob Psycho 100 and One Punch Man, to even more exciting upcoming releases in the way of a Bladerunner anime series directed by none other than Shinichiro Watanabe, director of the inimitable classic Cowboy Bebop. Instead of wasting your time on crappy new series, read this highly curated list of the best new anime of 2019. We’ll be updating as the year rolls on, so check back frequently for new additions.

17. One-Punch Man (Season 2)
Release date: April 9 Director: Chikara Sakurai Animation production: J.C. Staff The comic-heroic saga of Saitama, a self-proclaimed “hero for fun” who possesses the absurd superhuman ability to defeat any adversary with one punch, was an near-instant hit among anime aficionados for its outlandish animation, breathtaking fight scenes, and unflappable deadpan humor. Ever since the first season of One-Punch Man premiered and blew everyone’s face off in 2015, fans have been eagerly anticipating the next, and after a four year wait, it’s finally here. Fans and critics of the first season were curious as to how the switch between production studios and staff from Madhouse, who chose instead to produce this year’s Boogiepop and Others, and J.C. Staff would affect the overall quality of the show’s animation. To be sure, the absence of director Shingo Natsume and the deft talents of animators as Sejoon Kim and the legendary Yutaka Nakamura are certainly missed here, but considering the season’s tortured production and limitations, J.C. Staff still manage to deliver a serviceable follow-up that strives for the over-the-top bombast and comedy of the first season and misses by just a hair. Still, more One-Punch Man is still more One-Punch Man, and if you’re a fan of the series, it’s certainly worth riding out this season if only to bathe in its flashes of awesome spectacle. 16. Midnight Occult Civil Servants
Release date: April 7 Director: Tetsuya Watanabe Animation production: Liden Films Miyako Arata is a young civil servant newly transferred to a seemingly inconspicuous department in the Shinjuku Ward Office. Though led to believe his job will be a mundane and bureaucratic one, the unsuspecting Arata soon realizes that the responsibilities of his new role are anything but. Assigned to the Nocturnal Community Relations Division, Arata and his coworkers Sakaki Kyouchi and Himezuka Seo are tasked with acting as liaisons between the world of humans and the world of the “Anothers,” otherworldly beings imperceptible to those who lack an intuitive aptitude for the supernatural. With a likeable cast, engrossing moment-to-moment drama, and an aura of mystery complete with a handful of surprising twists and revelations, Midnight Occult Civil Servants is an entertaining urban fantasy-meets-workplace drama well worth carving out the time to watch. 15. MIX: Meisei Story
Release date: April 6 Director: Odahiro Watanabe Animation production: OLM Adapted from Mitsuru Adachi’s 2012 ongoing shonen baseball series, itself a semi-sequel to Adachi’s 1981 series Touch (which received its own critically-acclaimed anime adaptation in 1985), MIX: Meisi Story centers on the journey of two step-brothers, Touma “Tou” and Souichirou “Sou” Tachibana, who, following in the footsteps of Touch’s Tatsuya Uesugi, aspire to lead their middle-school baseball team to win the national Kōshien baseball tournament. Though not entirely apart from what one would expect from a run-of-the-mill shonen sports series, MIX shines among its contemporaries on the merit of its charming cast, beautiful animation, and inventive implementation of fourth-wall breaking transitions and tongue-in-cheek narration. Tou and Sou’s dogged determination to see their way to victory is earnest and inspiring in a way not unlike that of a season of Pokémon — not surprising, given the fact that MIX’s main writer, Atsuhiro Tomioka, is known for his past and ongoing contributions to several seasons, films, and specials of the Pokémon series. If you’re looking for a wide-eyed fun, inspiring, and visually impressive sports anime this year, and aren’t necessarily game to try and catch up on over a hundred episodes of Ace of the Diamond, MIX: Meisi Story is a perfect choice. 14. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
Release date: April 9 Director: Haruo Sotozaki Animation production: Ufotable Adapted from Koyoharu Gotōge’s ongoing Shonen Jump manga series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba follows Tanjiro Kamado, a young charcoal merchant turned demon slayer, as he sets out on a journey of discovery and revenge to not only avenge his family’s grisly murder, but to find a cure for his younger sister Nezuko, who survived their family’s attack only to be transformed into a feral half-demon with an aversion to sunlight. Ufotable is perhaps best known for their work on the Fate franchise, a byzantine dark fantasy series renowned for its dazzling fight sequences and digital animation; fortunately, those qualities carry over to Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. While the show might not be as thematically-nuanced or poignant as, say, Dororo, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is an impressive shonen adventure series in its own right and is sure to appeal to any fan of Naruto or Black Clover and stands as one of the most well-animated fantasy chanbara series to come out this year. Release date: January 12 Director: Mamoru Hatakeyama Animation production: A-1 Pictures In the “contest” of romance, the person who falls in love first — or “catches feelings” as the kids say nowadays — is the loser. Or at least, that’s the premise of A-1 Pictures’ Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War. This year’s reboot, produced by TMS Entertainment and directed by Yoshihide Ibata (Kill La Kill, FLCL Progressive), is a meticulous and loving take on the source material that champions its dedication to telling the original manga’s story in full. Fruits Basket follows the story of Tohru Honda, a hardworking and optimistic high schooler who is taken in by the Soma clan, a reclusive family whose members each carry the reincarnated spirit of an animal from the Chinese Zodiac. While balancing the demands of school and her new role as a surrogate member of the Soma clan, Tohru grows as a young woman while inadvertently facilitating the growth of each of the members of the family, tightening bonds that vacillate between the familial and romantic. 2019’s Fruits Basket is a disarmingly endearing romantic comedy with just enough twists on the formula of the genre to pull in newcomers while satisfying longtime fans of the original. 11. Boogiepop and Others
Release date: January 4 Director: Shingo Natsume Animation production: Madhouse The latest anime adaptation of Kouhei Kadono’s influential early aughts light novel series, Boogiepop and Others, is an anthology swirling around Boogiepop, a vigilante alter-ego of high schooler Touka Miyashita that possesses her body in moments of mortal crisis in the fight against a cadre of otherworldly creatures with ties to a shadowy entity known only as the Towa organization. As a series, Boogiepop and Others could be best described as a slow-burn supernatural mystery thriller dotted with adrenaline-spiking sequences of horror, action, and suspense set against a backdrop of stunning metropolitan vistas. As an adaptation of not only the first novel in Kadono’s series, but several of the series’ other celebrated entries such as Boogiepop at Dawn, Boogiepop Returns: VS Imaginator, and Boogiepop Overdrive: The King of Distortion, the series is a must-watch for longtime fans of the Boogiepop and an ideal point of entry for anyone new to and curious about the franchise. 10. Rilakkuma and Kaoru
Release date: April 6 Director: Nobuyuki Takeuchi, Kunihiko Ikuhara Animation production: MAPPA, Lapin Track Rilakkuma and Kaoru follows Kaoru, the show’s titular 20-something office worker, as she navigates the challenges of her job, home life, the expectations of her family and peers, as well as the vague but palpable experience of depression and ennui that accompanies young adulthood, all while taking care of Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma, and Kiiroitori, two anthropomorphic bears that beginning living with Kaoru and her pet bird, respectively. The show is notable for being one of the most recent and prominent examples of stop-motion animation in anime, a technique too often marginalized to a niche within the anime industry, but no less expressive and impressive. A charming slice-of-life comedy with coming-of-age elements, both the series’ writing and animation are excellent. It’s hardly surprising given that the former is credited to Naoko Ogigami, an award-winning Japanese comedy writer-director, and the latter to key animators such as Katsushi Bouda and Shigeru Okada, lauded stop-motion artists. At its heart, Rilakkuma and Kaoru is much like Netflix’s 2018 series Aggretsuko: taking the beloved mascot of a commercial brand and centering them at the heart of a sincere and affecting exploration of the inherent loneliness of young adulthood and the value of genuine, persistent friendships. 9. Aggretsuko (Season 2)
Release date: June 14 Director: Rarecho Animation production: Fanworks Rarecho and Fanworks’ Aggretsuko was a breakout hit when it premiered on Netflix early last year. So much so that we’re now treated to yet another new season, this time filled with even more delightful surprises and twists than the first. When we last left Retsuko, our plucky metal karaoking red panda protagonist, it seemed as though she was in a pretty good spot between her work-life and actual life. Sure, her job as an accounting clerk still sucks and her love life — or lack thereof — may leave something to be desired, but Retsuko came out of the challenges of that first season a stronger, wiser, and more confident young woman willing to assert her worth, speak up for herself, and more willing to act on her own needs and desires. Season 2 finds Retsuko tackling new, albeit familiar challenges in the form of Anai, an aggressively hypersensitive intern under her tutelage, the intrusive helicopter parenting of her own mother who insists on her finding a partner and settling down, and a new love interest with a surprising background. An immensely satisfying continuation of the first, Aggretsuko Season 2 is one of 2019’s must-watch series. Available on:Netflix

Initially set in the year 1002 A.D., the series follows Thorfinn’s story from childhood to adulthood, maturing from a lighthearted boy into a harsh, relentless warrior until finally leaving to colonize North America alongside Leif Erikson. Drawing elements from real-life historical accounts, Vinland Saga is an intense and captivating fictionalized depiction of a fascinating, albeit under-discussed, chapter of European history: the Vikings. Beneath the heart-pounding action and impressive animation pulses a resolutely humanist theme of anti-violence and pro-human decency, with Thorfinn’s father Thors imparting him with the life lesson that every human being is fighting a hard battle and that no one is truly his enemy. Years later, the boy, having survived his father’s attempts to get rid of him out of shame, grows up to become an itinerant swordsman named Hyakkimaru with a prosthetic body, sheathed swords for arms, and the extrasensory ability to “see” demons. Release date: July 5 Director: Shinya Lino Animation production: TMS Entertainment Concurrently running alongside Riichiro Inagaki’s popular sci-fi adventure manga, the Dr. Stone anime follows the story of Senku Ishigami, a genius, leek-haired high school student with a passion for astronomy and space exploration, and his oafish, lovable childhood friend Taiju Ōki as they attempt to rebuild civilization in the wake of a mysterious event that transforms every human being on the planet into stone. A sci-fi action comedy that plays out like a post-apocalyptic mash-up of Andy Weir’s The Martian crossed with Rick and Morty, Senku and Taiju embark on a quest to revive every human being on the planet and crack what caused their sudden affliction using nothing more than wits, brawn, guile, and pure ingenuity to science the shit out of this problem. From constructing shelter to distilling alcohol, building fires to forging gunpowder, every new discovery is as thrilling to witness in action as it is hilarious to hear explained to Taiju in Senku’s dry, matter-of-fact wit. Release date: April 10 Director: Shinichirō Watanabe, Motonobu Hori Animation production: Bones By now, if you’re an anime fan, you already know who Shinichirō Watanabe is, and if you don’t, it’s my pleasure to catch you up. The director behind such medium-defining works such as Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, and Space Dandy, not to mention 2017’s Blade Runner Black Out 2022, Watanabe is widely celebrated as one of the anime industry’s best directors working today, known for his love of music and penchant for anachronistic sci-fi premises. Carole & Tuesday, the latest series directed by Watanabe and the 20th anniversary project from studio Bones (Fullmetal Alchemist, My Hero Academia, Eureka Seven), is a labor of love about, well, the labor of love; a sci-fi folk fairy tale of two young women’s dream to make it big as musicians in a future where humans have long since colonized Mars, a world that feels both uncanny and wholly lived in. Minor pacing issues and questionable representation aside, Carole & Tuesday is a noble effort and ranks as, if not one of Watanabe’s best, one of the year’s best anime to date. Available on:Netflix

Release date: January 11 Director: Mamoru Kanbe Animation production: CloverWorks The Promised Neverland follows 11-year-old Emma and her best friends, Norman and Ray, three of 37 orphaned children who live on a mysterious walled estate called the Grace Field House. Under the watchful eye of their caretaker known simply as Mom, the children are afforded the best that life can offer. Gourmet meals, plush beds, immaculate white outfits, and ample play time while they wait to one day be adopted by a loving family. However, the quiet idyllicism of Grace Field is swiftly shattered when Emma and Co. stumble upon a dark secret which underlies the House’s very existence. Horrified by their discovery, the three conspire to escape with the rest of children into the outside world, as the machinations of both their caretaker and Grace Field’s mysterious benefactors move steadily to completion. With a premise that sounds like a cross between From The New World and Kazuo Ishiguro’s novel Never Let Me Go, The Promised Neverland is an engrossing fantasy thriller with deft animation, savvy editing, and a taut atmosphere of mortal horror juxtaposed against a disquietingly cheerful exterior. 2. Sarazanmai
Release date: April 6 Director: Nobuyuki Takeuchi, Kunihiko Ikuhara Animation production: MAPPA, Lapin Track Let’s cut straight to the point: Sarazanmai is one of, if not the most bizarre, idiosyncratic, visually audacious, and thematically evocative anime to air in 2019. Describing just exactly what the hell Saranzanmai is to someone who has never seen an anime directed by Kunihiko Ikuhara (Revolutionary Girl Utena, Pengiundrum, Yurikuma Arashi) is about as difficult as it would be to describe the concept of ‘water’ and what the hell it means for something to be ‘wet’ to an alien. But, put simply, the show follows three middle-schoolers — Kazuki Yasaka, Kuji Toi, and Enta Jinnai — as they are transformed into kappa, amphibious beak-faced demons, after releasing Keppi, the guardian spirit of Asakusa, from the statue containing him and accidentally insulting him. To return to human form, the three are tasked with exorcising “kappa-zombies,” malicious poltergeists, by performing elaborate dance numbers in a liminal dimension to steal the zombies’ shirikodama, magical spheres representing human desire, by forcibly removing them from their anuses. That is the tamest, most perfunctory description of what Sarazanmai is about, and it only gets stranger from here on out. Ikuhara is known for writing shows with socially-conscious premises powered by avant-garde visuals laden with labyrinthine levels of subtextual depth, and Sarazanmai is no different. Even knowing that, nothing can quite prepare you for the surprises this show has to offer. If nothing else, know this: It is one of the most daring, earnest, and empathetic series to air this year, and save for having watched one of Ikuhara’s works in the past, you won’t see anything else quite like it. 1. Mob Psycho 100 II
Release date: January 7 Director: Yuzuru Tachikawa Animation production: Bones Coming hot on the tail of the series’ breakout debut in 2016, Mob Psycho 100 II carries the torch of its predecessor’s pedigree as one of the most hilarious, kinetic, and aesthetically eclectic anime to air in recent memory, pushing that envelope even further in its second season. With most, if not all, of the original staff from the first season returning for this outing, including animator Miya Sato, whose masterful “oil on glass” animation has distinguished so many of the previous season’s stand-out sequences, the adventures of layabout con artist Reigen Arataka, his formidably powerful protege, Shigeo “Mob” Kageyama, and their poltergeist sidekick, Dimple, continue to ramp up as Mob journeys through adolescence in the face of ever-more perilous stakes. Aside from its adventurous animation, whip-sharp comedic timing, and impressive action sequences, Mob Psycho 100 II is a touching coming-of-age story of the relationship between a mentor and his pupil, and how the two help each to grow into more mature, earnest, and better-adjusted individuals. Phụ nữ Việt Nam từ xưa đến nay vẫn luôn song hành với chiếc áo dài duyên dáng. từ những nhân vật quyền quý thuộc giới hoàng thân, quốc thích cho tới người ân thường, từ những cư dân chốn đô thị phồn hoa tới người dân quê, trong sinh hoạt đời thường đến các dịp trọng đại, lễ hội… áo dài Việt Nam từ lâu đã trở thành trang phục truyền thống được tôn vinh với tất cả niềm kiêu hãnh của người phụ nữ Việt.
Không thể xác định niên đại chính xác của áo dài, hình ảnh chiếc áo dài Việt Nam với hai tà áo thướt tha trong gió đã được tìm thấy qua các hình khắc trên mặt trống đồng và hiện vật đông Sơn cách đây hàng nghìn năm.
Ngay cả trên những tranh khắc của trống đồng ngọc Lũ cách đây vài nghìn năm đã thấy thấp thoáng bóng dáng của tà áo dài với hình tranh khắc phụ nữ mặc trang phục với hai tà áo xẻ.
Kiểu sơ khai của chiếc áo dài xưa nhất được ghi lại là áo dài Giao Lãnh, tương tự như áo tứ thân nhưng khi mặc thì hai thân trước để giao nhau mà không buộc lại. Áo mặc phủ ngoài yếm lót, váy tơ đen, thắt lưng màu buông thả.
Do kỹ thuật dệt vải lúc đó còn thô sơ, vải được dệt thành từng mảnh khổ nhỏ nên chiếc áo giao lãnh dần được thu gọn thành kiểu áo tứ thân. Áo gồm hai mảnh đằng sau chắp lại giữa sống lưng, hai mảnh trước thắt lên và buông xuống thành hai tà áo ở giữa, mặc trong có yếm đào với váy thâm. Áo tứ thân thích hợp cho người phụ nữ miền quê quanh năm cần cù bươn chải, gánh gồng tháo vát.
Chiếc áo dài đã được định hình và chính thức công nhận là quốc phục dưới thời chúa Nguyễn Phúc Khoát (1739-1765). Ông lấy mẫu áo dài của người Chăm kết hợp xẻ tà và mặc cùng với quần. Cách phục trang này đã được quy định trong hiển dụ của ông.
Vào thời vua Gia Long (1802-1819), chiếc áo dài tứ thân được biến cải thành áo ngũ thân, rất phổ thông trong giới quyền quý và dân thành thị nhằm thể hiện sự giàu sang cũng như địa vị xã hội của mình. Áo ngũ thân cũng được may như áo tứ thân, nhưng vạt áo bên phải phía trước chỉ được may bằng một thân vải, còn vạt áo bên trái được may bằng hai thân vải. từ đây áo dài bước qua một trang sử khác và hé lộ nhiều dáng dấp của áo dài ngày nay.
Đầu thế kỷ XX, áo dài Le mur của họa sĩ Cát tường, đã thực hiện một cuộc cải cách quan trọng trên chiếc áo tứ thân để biến nó chỉ còn lại hai vạt trước và sau. vạt trước nối đáo. hàng nút phía trước được dịch chuyển sang dọc theo vai và sườn phải như chúng dài chấm đất để tăng thêm dáng vẻ uyển chuyển trong bước đi thân trên được may ôm sát theo những đường cong cơ thể người mặc, tạo nên vẻ yêu kiều và gợi cảm rất độc ta vẫn thấy ngày nay.
Nối tiếp họa sỹ Cát tường, năm 1934, họa sĩ Lê phổ đã bỏ bớt những nét tân kỳ và thêm vào đó những nét lấy từ áo tứ thân, ngũ thân truyền thống tạo ra một kiểu áo vạt dài cổ kính, ôm sát thân người, nối vai và tay không phồng lên, cổ kín, cài nút bên phải. tà áo dài thời kỳ này đã thực sự tôn lên vóc dáng và vẻ yêu kiều thướt tha của người phụ nữ việt: gợi cảm nhưng kín đáo, nhẹ nhàng nhưng có sức lôi cuốn mạnh mẽ.
Năm 1960, nhà may Dung ở Sài Gòn đã đưa ra kiểu may áo dài với cách ráp tay giác lăng (raglan), giải quyết được vấn đề khó khăn nhất khi may áo dài: những nếp nhăn ở hai bên nách. với cách này làn vải được bo sít sao theo thân hình từ dưới nách đến lườn eo, ôm khít từng đường cong của thân hình người phụ nữ, tạo thêm tính thẩm mỹ và hoàn thiện chiếc áo dài Việt Nam.
Cuối thế kỷ XX và những năm đầu của thế kỷ XXI, tà áo dài Việt Nam với muôn màu, muôn vẻ đã ra mắt bạn bè năm châu trong các cuộc thi sắc đẹp, các sự kiện nghệ thuật và đã trở thành quốc phục với bao niềm kiêu hãnh, tự hào, quảng bá hình ảnh tà áo dài Việt Nam đầy quyến rũ và mê hoặc ra toàn thế giới.
Trong làng thời trang Việt Nam và quốc tế, nhắc đến nhà thiết kế Minh Hạnh, điều đầu tiên người ta nghĩ đến là chiếc áo dài. hơn 20 năm qua, chị là người đã có công mang hồn phách dân tộc đến với bạn bè quốc tế qua tà áo dài Việt Nam. “tầm lớp 1, bắt đầu biết thế nào là đẹp, thấy mẹ mặc áo dài tôi quá thích. Đó là những năm 1960, mẹ mặc áo dài lụa cổ cao, chít eo, tà dài là lượt. Đi phố mẹ mặc áo dài, đi chợ cũng mặc. điều đó khiến tôi xúc động, tôi tự nhủ phải may bằng được áo dài cho búp bê của mình”. Những xúc cảm đặc biệt từ thuở bé của minh hạnh đã gieo mầm cho những đam mê sau này. Kể từ đó, chiếc áo dài đã trở thành nguồn cảm hứng bất tận, thậm chí, một phần máu thịt của chị.
Quá trình sáng tạo với chiếc áo dài truyền thống Việt Nam của minh hạnh lấy cảm hứng thiết kế chủ đạo từ việc giữ gìn và phát huy vẻ đẹp dân tộc thông qua các chất liệu rất riêng của dân tộc như thổ cẩm, lụa, sừng… Khi đưa vào các thiết kế áo dài, những chất liệu truyền thống này được biến tấu để vừa giữ được bản sắc riêng, vừa phù hợp với xu hướng thời trang hiện đại.
Công đầu tiên của minh hạnh với chiếc áo dài chính là giải thưởng tại cuộc thi thiết kế makuhari Grand prix tại nhật vào năm 1997. Sau đó, chị cũng chính là nhà thiết kế của Việt Nam đầu tiên có vinh dự giới thiệu 100 mẫu áo dài tại đền Kiyomizu Dera, nơi chưa nhà thiết kế nào có cơ hội được trình diễn thời đó, kể cả giới thiết kế Nhật Bản.
Từ đây, con đường đi ra thế giới của chiếc áo dài Việt Nam ngày càng rộng mở. những bộ sưu tập áo dài của chị đã xuất hiện trên nhiều sàn diễn thời trang lớn của thế giới tại Rome (Ý), paris (pháp)… mỗi khi những bộ sưu tập của minh hạnh xuất hiện trong các Festival huế được tổ chức thường kỳ 2 năm một lần đều khiến các vị khách quốc tế trầm trồ ngưỡng mộ.
Với những cống hiến cho nền thời trang Việt Nam và thế giới, năm 2006, nhà thiết kế minh hạnh được pháp phong tặng tước hiệu hiệp sỹ nghệ thuật và văn chương. ngoài ra, những mẫu trang phục của chị còn được trưng bày tại nhiều bảo tàng trên thế giới tại Mỹ, Pháp.
Đáng nói hơn, hình ảnh thành công và đầy tâm huyết với chiếc áo dài của minh hạnh đã khơi dậy niềm đam mê sáng tạo của các nhà thiết kế trẻ với tà áo dài truyền thống Việt Nam. Có thể kể đến một loạt nhà thiết kế trẻ gắn bó sự nghiệp của mình với áo dài như: võ việt Chung, Lan hương, việt hùng, Công trí, Công Khanh… mỗi người một vẻ, mang đến một hơi thở mới cho chiếc áo dài Việt Nam, nối dài hành trình phát triển không ngừng của tà áo dân tộc.
Bằng những nỗ lực không mệt mỏi của mình, minh hạnh đã giúp đưa văn hóa Việt Nam hội nhập với thế giới bằng ngôn ngữ thời trang. hơn cả một loại trang phục, điều mà minh hạnh truyền bá thông qua chiếc áo dài là nét đẹp tâm hồn của dân tộc Việt Nam.
Hơn 20 năm đã trôi qua, nhưng cảm hứng với chiếc áo dài của chị vẫn nguyên vẹn, thậm chí ngày càng dạt dào hơn khi được tiếp lửa bởi chính tình yêu, sự say mê của thế giới đối với áo dài. Cùng với công ty vietmode nơi chị đang là Giám đốc sáng tạo, những ý tưởng mới vẫn tiếp tục được nuôi dưỡng, cho hành trình tìm và tôn vinh vẻ đẹp của tà áo dài Việt Nam.

Death Note is rather dark, and its protagonist isn’t a stereotypical good guy like in many other series. The film goes to places where other anime series haven’t dared, and this is what makes it absolutely enthralling.

Light decides to clear out the world from criminals with the help of the notebook, and people begin worshiping him. The police though realize that there is a serial killer targeting criminals and try to apprehend him with the help of an eccentric detective named L.

The Tokyo Ghoul anime series has stirred quite a bit of controversy among anime and manga fans around the world. Many of them agree that the original manga on which the series is based on is much better than the TV adaptation. This is mainly because the entire dark manga series written by Sui Ishida and loved by millions has been made into just 12 episodes. This means that there is no in-depth exploration of the characters which anime fans expect.
Even so, Tokyo Ghoul is a superb dark anime series which is quite gory, especially if you choose to watch the uncensored version.
It is about a serious college student Ken Kaneki who befriends another avid reader called Rize Kamishiro and as a result, gets pulled into the dark depths of the inhuman world of the ghouls. The ghouls are scary creatures which eat human flesh. During an attack on him by the ghouls, Kaneki is almost killed. He manages to survive, but he turns into half a human and half a ghoul. This causes him to change and adapt to this new lifestyle so that he is integrated into both societies.
The series is set in Tokyo which has become a city full of evil bloodthirsty ghouls who can transform themselves to look normal and so to blend in with the humans thus finding more victims.
The 12 episodes of the anime series were aired in 2014. They were followed up with a feature film and a sequel named Tokyo Ghoul √A, and later continued with the spin-offs Tokyo Ghoul: “Jack” and Tokyo Ghoul: “Pinto.”

The story follows Rin’s quest to become an exorcist with the guidance of his brother in order to defeat and destroy their father who kills the boys’ foster father – a priest and exorcist, and who wants to conquer their world of Assiah.

The main characters are accompanied by partners who can transform into weapons. The students are on a quest to collect souls in order to protect the city.
The Soul eaters can transform into weapons only after they have consumed 99 evil souls and 1 of a witch.
Maka is partnered by Soul who turns into a scythe, Death the Kid has a couple of partners called Patty and Liz who turn into pistols, and Black Star is accompanied by his partner Tsubaki who can transform himself in a wide variety of weapons.
Together the students proceed to fight various witches and demons who want to destroy Shibusen and to overtake the world.
There is a lot of fun, adventure, beautiful fight scenes and a lot of style in this series which makes it an absolute treat to watch.

All members of the Night Raid are specialized in different types of fighting and killing. They are all armed with Teigu, which are Imperial arms made from extremely rare materials. They also are accompanied by Danger Beasts.
Overall, this series is known for its graphic dark and gory content and has a strong following among fans of Japanese animation TV series.
The series was directed by Tomoki Kobayashi, written by Makoto Uezu and produced by Square Enix. It includes 24 episodes which aired originally from July to December 2014.
The series is an adaptation of the original manga by Takahiro and first premiered on Nippon BS Broadcasting TV and Tokyo MX Mainichi Broadcasting System.
They aired in the US on the Toonami block of Adult Swim from August 2015 to February 2016.
If you don’t mind to watch some excessive killing and gore, you should definitely opt for the Akame ga Kill! Series.
Every anime fan will agree that No Game No Life is one of the most brilliant anime series of all times. The series is about two siblings called Sora and Shiro who are transported into another world which is run by games. The two protagonists need to adapt to this new world in order to survive these not so innocent or cool games.
The show is really addicting especially for gamers due to the unique concept and plot involving a fantasy world where everything is done in accordance with specific rules which must be followed at all times.
The No Game No Life: Zero is the movie which adapted the 6th volume of the series. It aired in 2017.
We strongly recommend the series for every anime fan. Once you set your eyes on the super intelligent brother and sister who prefer to play video games rather than live in the boring real world, you will surely be hooked and will want to watch more and more of their amazing adventures and accomplishments in the weird fantasy world they are sent to.
The animation is brightly colored and beautiful, but there is some nudity involved which some younger viewers may find inappropriate.

The Pokemons are fun creatures each with its own talents, abilities, and appearance. Satoshi has always dreamt of training his own Pokemon and become a master, but when he finally gets an opportunity to get a Pokemon, only Pikachu who is a rebellious Pokemon is left. The rest, of course, is history – as the adventures of the two develop and unwrap.
This series is suitable and safe for very young kids, so if you want to feel the nostalgia of being a child again and at the same time introduce your own children to the beauty and art of anime, the original Pokemon series is the perfect way to begin.

This is a magnificent anime series, which involves three main characters – a clumsy teahouse waitress called Fuu Kasumi, and two samurais Mugen and Jin.
After accidentally spilling a drink on a customer, Fuu is harassed by a group of samurai, which causes her to seek the help of Mugen, a samurai who defeats the attackers with some wild fighting techniques. He proceeds to attack another Ronin named Jin, who though proves to be a tough opponent as he is a better swordfighter than Mugen. During the battle, they accidentally kill the son of a local magistrate for which they are captured and sentenced to be executed.
Fuu proceeds to rescue them and hires them as her personal bodyguards. They join her in the quest of finding a special samurai who smells like sunflowers. The series follows the three characters on their quest, and it is quite a ride, given the fact that the two bodyguards are constantly trying to kill one another.
The 26 episodes aired from May 2004 to March 2005. The series inspired the popular Samurai Champloo video game for PlayStation 2.
The Samurai Champloo TV series is a great treat for all anime enthusiasts. The story is set in the Edo period of Japan and is full of comedy, action, sword fighting all infused with an amazingly good hip-hop soundtrack.
This anime series is also known as Inuyasha: A feudal fairy tale and aired on Japanese TV from the fall of 2000 up to September 2004. It is a story of a teenage girl Kagome Higurashi who gets dragged in a cursed well nearby her family Shinto shrine by a demon on her 15th birthday. This is when her normal life ends and she ends up living back in time during the Sengoku period in Japan 500 years ago.
In her, she carries a magical jewel which grants wishes known as the Shikon jewel. It is this special reborn jewel which the demon is really after.
During a battle with the demon, the special jewel accidentally breaks, and Kagome seeks the help of the dog-demon and human hybrid named Inuyasha to retrieve all of the shards from the precious stone and thus prevent the demon from laying its hands on one.
Along with Inuyasha, the 15-year old girl is joined by the fox demon Shippo, a lethal demon slayer named Sango and the smart monk called Miroku.
Together, they take on to find all of the shards from the Shikon jewel which have been spread around Japan. During their adventure, the new allies need to work out their differences and learn to work and act together in order to get to each and every lost Shikon jewel shard before it ends up in the wrong hands.
The series ran for 4 years and consists of 167 adventure and action-filled episodes.
Inuyasha is based on a manga series illustrated and written by Rumiko Takahashi which ran from 1996 up to 2008 and is collected in 56 volumes by Shogakukan.
The producers of the popular anime are Yomiuri Telecasting, and the licensors are Viz Media.
Parasyte (Kiseijû: Sei no kakuritsu) is an anime series by Madhouse, which will keep you glued to the screen, even though it has only one season. The 24 episodes cover the sci-fi adventure of a boy named Shinichi Izumi who gets infected by a parasite which has attacked human beings and destroyed them by butchering and consuming them. But the 17-year-old boy gets saved by his earphones, and the parasite enters his body via his right hand. Over time, Shinichi and the monster who is named Migi learn how to co-exist together in order to both survive. So, now he is half a boy half a monster on a quest for survival.
The story of this uneasy coexistence will keep you on the edge of your seat during all 24 episodes.
It originally aired in 2014-2015 in Japan and a year later in Northern America via the Adult Swim’s Toonami block. It is the perfect mixture of horror, psychological thriller, drama, action, and Seinen.
It may have taken more than 20 years for this bestselling manga series to be turned into an anime series, but it is definitely worth the wait.
The change in the boy’s character as a result of Migi’s influence, as well as the internal battle which Shinichi faces to define himself either a human or a monster is so interesting to watch, that you will find yourself being completely immersed in the storyline from the very beginning until the very end.
Dragon Ball is the first of the series which led to the amazing growth of the Dragon Ball franchise over the years. It is the original, the first and the best of the Dragon Ball anime series.
Millions of fans around the world are crazy about the young boy Gokuu who is extraordinarily strong and lives alone in the woods. There he meets a girl called Bulma who takes him with her in search for the seven dragon balls which when combined can grant any wish in the world. He already owns one of the dragon balls so Bulma asks him to tag along with her so that she can use the dragon ball once she finds the rest.
On the road, they meet two other friends who join them on their quest – Muten-Roshi and Kuririn with whom Gokuu trains for the World Martial Arts tournament.
The series includes some laugh out loud moments, as well as amazing fighting scenes which are a true pleasure to watch. Although it is quite humorous at the beginning, toward the end of the series, the tone gets slightly more serious.
Gokuu is one of the first shounen hero archetypes but he is not only a fighter, but he is also smart, funny and wise at times too.
The series has 153 episodes which were broadcasted from 1986 to 1989, so it is pretty old, but this anime classic is definitely not dated and will continue to be loved by young and old anime fans for years to come.
Assassination Classroom is a 22 episode series which was first aired back in 2015, but still remains one of the most engaging school-based action anime series of all times.
The story revolves around class 3-E of students of Kunugigaoka Middle School who are all misfits and get assigned a new homeroom teacher who they soon name Koro-Sensei (unkillable teacher). The problem with the new teacher is that he is a strange creature with tentacles who turns out to be on the most wanted list by the government because he has destroyed nearly two-thirds of the moon leaving it permanently crescent shaped. The strange creature teaches the students regular classes along with a class about the ways of assassination.
The students get together and proceed to try to assassinate their teacher. This turns out to be a seemingly impossible task because Koro Sensei is able to fly at Mach 20 speed, and also turns out to be the best teacher which the group of middles school misfits has ever had.
The Assassination Classroom has numerous funny moments, combined with a lot of action and is definitely among the top preferred shounen science fiction manga series too with more than 20 million copies sold in Japan. It is illustrated and written by Yusei Matsui, and was first screened in 2013 as a single original video animation, but then was adapted as an anime TV series by Lerche, and all 22 episodes aired in 2015 on Fuji TV. The series was licensed by Funimation for North American release.
Later on, in 2015 a live-action film was made based on the manga, and it was followed by a sequel named Assassination Classroom: Graduation in 2016.
Noragami is an addictive adventure comedy anime series which ran in 2014. There are 12 episodes in season one, followed by a second season named Noragami Aragoto consisting of another 13 episodes which aired in the fall of 2015 in Japan.
The story is about minor god Yato who by accident runs into middle school student Hiyoki Iki, and their meeting changes both of their fates.
Hiyoki Ili is an ordinary schoolgirl who one day gets involved in a bus accident as she jumps in to protect a complete stranger. The stranger turns out to be Yato, who’s only goal and dream is to have millions of worshipers and is ready to do any kind of odd job for 5 yen.
After the accident, the soul of the young girl begins to flip out of her body and goes into a parallel world called the Near Shore where there are all kinds of people and creatures as well as to the Far Shore where the human souls and demons linger.
As her soul floats around the parallel worlds, the girl meets Yato, who offers to fix the problem with her physical body. The two of them accompanied by Yato’s Regalia weapon Yukine go on numerous adventures together, and the result is an entertaining, sometimes thrilling adventure, as well as an intriguing story of how their relationship evolves through time as they question and struggle with their identities, their past as well as their friendship.
The manga was written by Adachitoka and was first released in 2011. Since then, the series has over 20 tankobon volumes and continues to be one of the top preferred Shonen manga series in Japan.
Yu Yu Hakusho is a TV series including 112 episodes which ran from October 1992 to January 1995. Produced by Yomiko Advertising, Fuji TV and licensed by Funimation, this anime is also known as Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files.
It tells the story of a 14-year-old delinquent boy named Yuusuke Urameshi who one day decides to do the right thing, and do something completely altruistic, and jumps in front of a moving car to save the life of a young boy.
Because of this turn of events in his attitude and the ultimate sacrifice he was ready to make, the spirit realm authorities headed by Koenma, who is the heir to the throne decide to give Yuusuke a chance to regain his real physical life back by completing a number of tasks given to him.
With the help of Botna the death god, the boy is sent back as a Spirit Underworld Detective to fight the evil presences.
At his side are an ex-rival Kazuma Kuwabara and Hiei and Kurama – two demons with criminal pasts.
All of them together train in martial arts and go ahead to fight with the enemies, who are threatening the entire human existence.
The anime is based on a manga series illustrated and written by Yoshihiro Togashi which consists of 175 chapters in 19 tankobon volumes. The manga series sold more than 50 million copies in Japan.
The anime series was directed by Noriyuki Abe, co-produced by Fuji TV, Yomiko Advertising and Studio Pierrot.
It was licensed by Funimation in 2001 for North America and aired on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim and Toonami.
Yu Yu Hakusho is still very popular among anime fans who appreciate the breath catching action, the martial arts and the comedic and supernatural sides of the series.
